Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- Original tags attached
- Original undamaged packaging
- Must provide receipt or proof of purchase
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
1. Contact support@hotshield.com to initiate your return
2. Wait for return authorization before shipping
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
4. Use a traceable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, etc.)
5. We recommend insuring your return shipment
Please Note:
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not qualify for a refund
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment
- No restocking fee will be charged
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not qualify for a refund
