How to Become a Dealer

Becoming a Hot Shield® dealer is a simple process. Start by completing the Dealer / Wholesale Inquiry Form below with your business information. Our team will review your submission within 1-3 business days. If approved, you will receive dealer access details, including wholesale pricing and ordering instructions via email.

Approved dealers can place orders by submitting purchase orders via email.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have minimum order requirements?

Yes. The minimum order requirement and other terms of sale are listed on our Authorized Dealer Price List, which you will receive once we approve your dealer application.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide with a few exceptions. For some countries, we have exclusive distributor agreement in place. In that case, you would order from that specific distributor to resell.

What are typical lead times?

From receipt of purchase order to ship date typically 1-2 business days. This time period can be exceeded for factors beyond our control but that is rare. Factors can include purchase order pricing is not listed, pricing out of date, incorrect or invalid addresses, insufficient inventory. We will notify you within 24 hours of receipt of purchase order if any factors are impeding the processing of your order.
